“Then Peter came to him and asked, “Lord, how often should I forgive someone who sins against me? Seven times?” “No, not seven times,” Jesus replied, “but seventy times seven!”
We are in a season of open heavens and abundant blessings. God is doing a lot of curious and unusual work across the world, pockets of revival everywhere. However, some people are missing out.
The Holy Spirit told me today that many people would miss out on their allocated blessings in this season of open heavens for one reason only, Offense!
We have refused to forgive those who have hurt us knowingly or unknowingly. In Matt 18:21-25, we see how the unforgiving servant lost all that he had been given because he refused to forgive a fellow servant.
Don’t be the unforgiving servant. Whatever has been done to you is not worth your blessings.
“Make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends you. Remember, the Lord forgave you, so you must forgive others.”
“Instead, be kind to each other, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, just as God through Christ has forgiven you.”
